Our company has a very large SEP system and, right now, we are trying to eliminate out-of-date clients. The clients are spread out accross multiple departments.
Obviously, I can click on the out-of-date clients button on the home screen to get the list. However, there's no way to sort the list by group, which is what I really need to do.
Another option would be to extract the log of all of my clients, but that's a massive spreadsheet and is very difficult to parse through. I'm not exactly sure how to tell what clients are marked out-of-date vs. offline.
All I want is the list of out-of-date clients, like on the home screen, in a format where I can sort by group. I don't care about any other type of client and would, if possible, like to exclude other clients, as in the list on the home screen. From there I can sort by group and email each group leader which workstations need to be looked into. What is the easiest way to do so?
