Moving SEP Clients from one server to another

Hi there, these is my scenario, i have:

Server A: SEPM 12.1.671 using a SQL Server 2000 as database, with 300 clients

Server B: SEPM 12.1.2100 using a SQL Server 2008 x64 as database, with 1500 clients.

I want to move clients from server A to B. I tried Sylink replacer tool and it was effective in a lot of the machines, actually the 300 machines in server A are the ones that sylink replacer didnt work.

I tried to use Management Server List using Server B as primary but it didnt work.

Finally i tried the procedure given by P_K_ in this topic http://www.symantec.com/connect/forums/move-sep-11... and didnt work

Any suggestion for do the movement without doing it manually?
