SEP 12.1 is not updating on our W2K8R2 64 bit servers

Hello I am getting the following error when trying to update our servers using 12.1 SEP unmanaged clients.

An update for Virus and Spyware Definitions Win64 from LiveUpdate failed to install.
Error: Filed not found on server (223) 
 

The AV fails on these two files below.

Encountered an error while downloading file 1386763011jtun_irevful.7z.
Encountered an error while downloading file 1386739959jtun_emt64sep12en131121002.m26.

Does anyone have a fix for this?
