Windows XP getting hanged after upgradation to SEP 12.1.3

Hi

We were facing the issue of Windows XP systems getting hanged in SEP 12.1.2

After searching the knowledgebase articles we found that there was a bug in the said version and is resolved in SEP 12.1.3

So, we upgrade to latest version SEP 12.1.3 but still we are facing the same issue.

We have also logged a case with Symantec and this case is going for more than a month now, but still not having the same issue.

Kindly help me to resolve the issue.
