Failed to Download and/or Install the Remote Installation Service

Hello,

I am getting the following error when trying to install the Client Package for SEP 11.x on the server also running SEP Manager and is the holder of the Management Server.

"Failed to download and/or install the remote installation service. Access is Denied"

What can I do?

My steps:

Go to Migration and Deployment Wizard; Select the package (the same as I did for our other server setup similarly except SEPM isn't on that one); point it to the server with SEPM and is the MS, and it fails instantly.
