SEP Client unable to uninstall

Hi,

My query is can we still uninstall SEP clinet, if we forget the uninstall password. As i dont have password, what is alternate or how to recover passwor for SEP, there is not communication with SEPM, I mean SEPM does not exist. also it is not a unmanged client.
