I need a solution
HI
The debug log option under help - troubleshooting - debug logs - then the button there to turn on the logging is greyed out.
I tried to change the client control settings to client control from server but the option is still greyed out.
This is a managed client, and it's strange in some groups the button is active but the policy settings are the same as for the groups where the button is greyed out
