On June 28, 2016, Symantec released Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1.6.5 (SEP 12.1 RU6 MP5).
What's new:
- Adds support for Ubuntu 16.04.
- Adds support for a SQL Server 2016 database.
- Adds support for VMWare ESX 6.0.
- Updates RSA SecurID authentication to support the latest RSA configurations, which require a token. This support includes the following:
- Continued support of RSA Authentication Agent 6.x.
- Added support for RSA Authentication Agent 7.2.x, which allows communication with RSA Authentication Manager 8.1 using SID-800 tokens.
