SEP 12.1.6 MP5 does not install on Surface Pro 4 Windows 10

Hi,

Please could I have assistance with installing the SEP client on a Windows 10 64bit Microsoft Surface Pro 4

Upon performing a complete system rebuild of this Surface Pro 4 with Windows 10 64bit the system will no longer boots immediately after installing SEP 12.1.6 MP5.

Do I need to install an eariler version first?
