Some file exclusions not working

Hi All,

          We have some in house developed software that is quite old but still in use today. Problem is users have it it stored in all different paths. So when I added the filename exclusion from being detected by SEP and to be ignored. But it still quarantines it. Have i added the exception incorrectly...?

Is there another way to get this file not quarantined?
