I need a solution

I hope you're well. I opened this thread because I need an asnwer for the problem I'm facing.
Some servers in our company are trying to download:
The problem is that we don't have any symantec software but it's trying to download that file from an IP that's located in Macedonija.
Inside that zip file there's an XML which tells which update will be released from Microsoft for this Month.
Could you please explain why are servers trying to download a symantec file (from symantec website), why it contains information for Microsoft and why it tires from an Macedonijan IP.
I'm looking forward to have an answer related to this issue becuase it causes us a lot of trouble.
