Security Alert Notification no longer sends Full Report

Recently upgraded SEPM from v. 12.1.6 MP4 to MP5. Before the upgrade, we had SEPM send Security Alert Notifications to our email with a full report when a new risk is detected. Since the upgrade, we still receive the security alert notifications when a risk is detected, but the report has been removed. I can't seem to get the reports back on the email. "Summary Report" and "Event List" is listed under Report Type when I choose to edit the notification condition. Regardless of which option is selected, it does not include the report.

Does anyone know what I need to do to get the Full Reports back on our alert notifications?
