We have installed Symantect Endpoint protection 12.1.6 on Windows 7 64 Bit,
We are facing the SEP launch issue which i mentioned in Title while opening it.
I am the domain admin for that systems, SEP launches when i tried with my ID.
But its not opening with domain Users who dont have admin rights on the desktop.
I tried below solution posted on symantec page,
You didn't mention which version of SEP was in use but I was able to find some information regarding Windows 7, that the following DLLs need to have builtin\users added and given read permission:
C:\Windows\Syswow64\msvcp71.dll
C:\Windows\Syswow64\msvcr71.dll

Above solution not works for me. Please provide the any other solution we have.
Reinstallation works for me but its not possible me to do on 800 client desktops.
So pleae provide quick resolution which would be much helpful for me.
