Removing Win32/Morto.A Worm with SEP

Hi all , i need to know what is the best and most optimum way to remove/clean Win32/Morto.A  with SEP 12.1.6 MP3.

I would like to know which policy with what parameters would you suggest to get rid of this malware which is infecting machines.
