I need a solution
Why was Cryptowall 4.0 not blocked. We just had a fun day of restoring backups due to the cryptowall 4.0 virus being ran on a computer that was protected with Symantec Enpoint Protection. It encrypted anything it could on mapped drives. How come this was not protected against actively running since it is a drive by virus?
