Redirected desktop - scan without password

Hi

We are using a VDI environment with redirected desktops (the files on a desktop are saved on a network share eg.  \\share1\user\desktop).

When users right-click files on their desktop and choose "Scan for Viruses" they get prompted wit the "Scan Network Drive Password". We are pretty certain this used to work in the past - same version of Endpoint, same version of VDI - without a password.

We do not want to disable the network password in general (eg. scanning K:\, L:\ drives etc. should still be protected from scanning), nor do we want to share the password with our users.

Has anyone experienced something similar and if so, is there a workaround available?
