SAV hangs running info commands

I am looking for any insight to solve why ./sav info -d or any of these give no reply back(-e, -p, -s, etc..).  I have set up the servers the same as all my others, but a hand ful of them will not report back any of the info commands.

I let them sit and run, but even 30 minutes later, nothing.  I have tried uninstalling the product, and reinstalling, but I still get the same lack of response.

The servers are 64 bit RHEL 6.4
