Filter not working properly

Hi, We are running SEP12 RU4MP1 in my environment. We have an issue when trying to pull a list of all Windows XP machines.

Under Monitors tab, Next to "Operating system", we select "Windows XP" and the results come up with everything including Windows7

What can we do to resolve this issue?
