I have a site with two SEPM servers (12.1.5), of which one of them does not have internet access.
I have read that it is random which one of these servers that will perform LiveUpdate.
There is an article explaining this behavior for SEPM 11, however I am not sure if the same can happen to SEPM 12?

The parameter mentiond in the article, does not seem to exist in 12.1.5, "scm.server.liveupdate.disabled=x"
According to the log in my system, it looks like LiveUpdate tried to run on my SEPM with no internet access, however it continued and started LiveUpdate on my other SEPM shortly after.
Am I required to disable LiveUpdate from trying to run on my SEPM which does not have internet access?
