BT Open Zone Firewall settings

Hello,

We are using Symantec Endpoint Protection (v12.1.4104).

We've found that users cannot connect to BT Openzone wifi installations at Hotels/Restaurants.

A quick test - disabling the Firewall component of the SEP client showed this component is causing the problem - they are able to connect without the Firewall.

Obviously we don't want to send users out with their Firewalls disabled.

Has anyone come across this before?  Can see nothing obvious in the Firewall policy and I've done plenty of searching and found nothing related to Openzone and SEP.

Any suggestions welcome.
