SEP Client and Citrix SSL VPN client problem

Hello,

We are facing a problem when using our Citrix SSL VPN client (Citrix Netscaler Plugin) to connect to the Corporate network from outside and it seems that the SEP client is blocking this connection.

We have also observed the following:

1. When the SEP Client is removed, the VPN tunnel works perfectly.
    
2. When the Citrix Netscaler Plugin is installed before the installation of the SEP client, the tunnel works fine as well. But of course this is not a solution as we cannot uninstall and reinstall the SEP clients on hundreds of machines. We are looking into a permanent solution as to what is causing this problem and create an exception to allow this traffic.

We are currently running the latest version of the SEP client 12.1 RU5. But we have observed the same with older versions.

Has anyone faced this before and can someone shed some light on how to solve this.
