Symantec AntiVirus 10.2 Virus Definition File Not Updating

I'm running Symantec AV 10.2.0.298 on Windows 7 and I noticed that my virus definitions file is pretty dated (6/28/2013 rev. 2). When I click the LiveUpdate button, LiveUpdate appears to connect to the Symantec server and then tells me all products are up to date. Surely this cannot be true. Is my version of Symantec AV no longer receiving definitions updates? Any information on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
